If you’re ready to make an impact and take on a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing and managing accurate construction programmes that align with bid and project requirements, while providing clear direction on timeframes and workflow sequencing.
  • Contributing to project planning by reviewing construction methods, recommending alternatives, and ensuring alignment with objectives and industry standards.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the contractual programme, tracking milestones, and supporting claims with comprehensive documentation.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships through clear communication and collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in construction, with a strong understanding of project planning and programme management.
  • Analytical skills to assess and optimise construction methods, workflows, and contractual requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • A tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) in Construction or Project Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction, with a background in site management, project management, or technical roles.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align teams to achieve common goals.
